In his rookie season with the Cyclones, he appeared in 43 games, recording 5 goals and 5 assists while bringing energy, physicality and a relentless work ethic to the lineup. The Listowel Cyclones are excited to announce the signing of defenceman Grayden McKnight for the 2026-27 season! The 17-year-old blueliner from Allenford, Ontario joins the Cyclones after spending last season with the Grey-Bruce Highlanders. A smooth-skating, left-shot defenceman, Grayden brings strong puck-moving ability as he takes the next step in his hockey development joining #Cycsnation. RETURNING PLAYER 🚨 The Listowel Cyclones are excited to announce that Trent Houghton is returning for the 2026-27 season! Trent made the most of his opportunities during his rookie campaign, appearing in 46 games and recording 8 goals and 11 assists for 19 points. His relentless work ethic, physical style of play and ability to contribute at both ends of the ice make him an important piece of the Cyclones lineup heading into this next season. SIGNING ANNOUNCEMENT 📝 The Listowel Cyclones are excited to announce the signing of forward Ewan Muzzell for the 2026-27 season! The Owen Sound native joins the Cyclones after spending last season with the Grey-Bruce Highlanders, where he recorded 17 points in 28 games. Ewan also gained valuable junior experience, appearing in 10 games with the Cyclones, registering 2 goals and 2 assists. Standing 6’0” and shooting left, he brings size, skill and familiarity to the Cyclones as he looks to make a bigger impact this season. We’re excited to officially welcome Ewan to the Cyclones roster!
