The Listowel Cyclones are proud to announce a strong roster of returning players and new signings as we gear up for the 2025-2026 season. With a mix of leadership, skill and fresh talent, this year’s team is ready to build on past success and make another exciting run.
Returning Cyclones
Several familiar faces will be back on the ice this season, bringing experience, grit, and leadership to the bench:

Aidan Renaud – returning for his fourth season on defense.

Dylan Szymanowski – entering his third season, last year’s Playoff MVP.

Trent Harris – returns for his second season after earning Most Improved Player.

Jack O’Donnell – returning for his fourth season; scored the OT winner in last year’s Cherrey Cup Final.

Ethan Kowatsch – back in net after a strong first season with a .906 save percentage.

Ezra Fischer – entering his second season after joining from the Cambridge Redhawks.

Keaton Middleton – back for his third season, a steady force on defense.

Jack Bree – returns in goal after playing 12 games with the Cyclones last year and finishing with the Mitchell Hawks (.934 save percentage).

Cameron Beisel – Elmira native defenseman re-signs after splitting last season between the Cyclones and Kincardine Bulldogs.

Trent Houghton – returns after two seasons with the Kincardine Bulldogs where he recorded 19 assists and 10 games with the Cyclones last year.
New Signings
The Cyclones are also welcoming new faces who bring exciting potential and proven skill:

Clark DeBoer – a 16-year-old forward from Howick, ON, drafted 140th overall by the Sarnia Sting in the 2025 OHL Priority Selection.

Ryan Cranny – a 17-year-old forward from the Grey Bruce Highlanders with 27 points last season, drafted 204th by the Windsor Spitfires.

Aaron Dukeshire – a 17-year-old forward who scored the game-winning goal to secure the Schmalz Cup for Hanover, their first title since 1991.

Ethan Fischer – 17-year-old defenseman from the Grey Bruce Highlanders, named to the OMHA U18 West All-Star Game.

Max Geere – 17-year-old defenseman from the Penetang Kings, last year’s Rookie of the Year in the North Carruthers Division.

Luke Kemp – forward from Blackstock, ON, joining from the Uxbridge Bruins.

Bradley Wilhelm – defenseman who played for Waterloo Wolves U18 AAA and as an AP in 7 Cyclones games last season.
Looking Ahead
With a solid core of returning talent and a group of new signings eager to make their mark, the Listowel Cyclones are set for an exciting 2025-2026 season. The team is ready to compete, develop and represent Listowel with pride.
